We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate the website and to handle enquiries. This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics services and contains no forms and no embedded third-party services. Fonts are loaded locally.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, Netlify processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) in server log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; log files are deleted after 30 days at the latest.

4. Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, we process your details to handle the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, for general enquiries (f)). Our e-mail runs on Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., Dublin). Enquiries are deleted once dealt with unless statutory retention periods apply; business correspondence is kept for seven years.

5. Links to other websites

This website links to madana.at. When you click a link you leave this website and the privacy policy of the respective operator applies. We do not embed social media plugins.

6. Retention

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose: server log files up to 30 days, enquiries until dealt with or at most twelve months, contract and invoice data for seven years (§ 132 Austrian Federal Fiscal Code).
